Channel Sales Director/Partner

We are a growing Finnish technology company focused on developing comprehensive health technology for the social and healthcare sector. Our health tech innovations help people in multiple sectors from hospitals to care homes. As we launch new products, expand our business to new countries and continue to grow in current ones, we seek a talented and driven individual to join us as a Channel Sales Director.
In this role, your responsibilities are:
- Set, evaluate and develop short- and long-term channel and sales strategies and targets together with top management.
- Drive daily sales efforts and establish new sales channels for our health tech products.
- Drive partner sessions to review partners’ pipelines and work with partners to develop an annual joint business plan that defines strategies and activities to meet revenue goals.
- Bring the channel input to our product development.
- Build and lead the sales team.
- Foster strong partnerships with existing resellers and manage channel partnerships.
- Open new markets and find new resellers to expand our reach.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong background in sales and marketing in a B2B environment. Minimum of 5 years.
- Proven track record in working with resellers and managing channel partnerships.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented and hands-on mindset.
- Possibility to travel
- Fluent in English and Finnish; other languages are considered a plus.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
