YetiCare is a Finnish company developing comprehensive health technology for the social and healthcare sectors. We seek now a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Product Development Lead. In this role, you will collaborate efficiently with hardware, software and game developers, graphic designers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders responsible for delivering customer needs. This role is a central role in our company and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a challenging environment and are excited by the chance to make a significant impact in their day-to-day work!
As a Product Development Lead, you will develop and oversee the product and game development processes and operations. You will run day-to-day game development and hardware tweaks, help run pilot programs, and generate and collect ideas and user feedback for new product features and game ideas. You will define the product roadmap with the team and ensure the product information is always up-to-date.
To be the ideal candidate for this position, you need to have demonstrated project management experience, particularly in software or application development projects. You also need strong communication and problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of user experience. Furthermore, you will fit our team perfectly if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a hands-on attitude, and great coordination skills.
In this role, you will:
- Lead most of the company’s software and hardware development projects, testing, piloting, and managing and planning resources.
- Generate ideas for new and future product development
- Gather and analyse feedback and requirements from users and combine them to develop new product features and game ideas
- Together with the management, define the product roadmap based on the company’s strategy
- Ensure the product information is up-to-date
- Maintain effective communication between key stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product development or demanding project management roles with end customers
- Proven experience in leading successful development projects
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical or game development background
- Fluent in English and Finnish; other languages are considered a plus
